  • Shipping: We exclusively use Canada Post for deliveries, utilizing their Proof of Age (19, or 21) and Signature services to ensure compliance with legal age requirements. ​

2. Age Verification

  • Requirement: All customers must be at least 19 years old to purchase our products.​

  • Process: Canada Post will verify the age of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient appears under 25, photo identification will be requested to confirm age. ​

  • Failure to Verify Age: If age verification fails and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued. The full amount paid will be retained as a restocking fee.​

3. Product Defects

  • Definition: A product defect refers to a manufacturing fault that affects the functionality of the item.​

  • Reporting: Customers must report any product defects (this excludes damages done while in transit) within with in the first 24-48 hours after receiving parcel.​

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the defective item.​

4. Final Sale

  • Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than verified product defects.​

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning defective products.​

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.​
