Shipping & Delivery
Who do you use to ship?
We use Canada Post to ship all of our products, ensuring reliable delivery from coast to coast across Canada. Whether you’re out east in Newfoundland or soaking up the west coast vibes in B.C., we’ve got you covered. All packages require a signature and ID verification at time of delivery. If you have any questions about your shipment or need help with tracking, feel free to contact us anytime — we’re always happy to help
Do you ship to the U.S.?
At this time, we do not ship to the United States. We currently only ship within Canada — sorry about that! If anything changes in the future, we’ll be sure to update our site and let our mailing list know.
How much do I need spend for free shipping?
To activate free shipping, your order total just needs to be over $120 CAD (before tax and after any discounts). Once you hit that amount, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout. Easy peasy — more pouches, no extra shipping fees!
How long do you take to ship orders?
Orders are usually packed and shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. We ship all packages out by 3:00 PM EST. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, as we don’t ship on weekends. We do our best to keep things fast and efficient — if anything ever causes a delay, we’ll let you know right away!
Where is my tracking info?
If you haven’t seen your tracking info yet, be sure to check your spam or junk folder — it’s often hiding in there if it’s not in your main inbox. Also, keep in mind that Canada Post can take 24–48 hours to update their system once a label is created. So if your tracking isn’t showing movement yet, it’s likely on its way — just needs a bit of time to catch up. If it’s been longer than that and you still don’t see anything, feel free to reach out and we’ll take a look for you!
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order yet, we recommend checking your tracking information — it may be on hold at a sorting facility or just taking a bit longer than expected due to postal delays. If it looks like your package might be lost or hasn’t moved in a while, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@ddpking.com. We’ll be happy to investigate and help get things sorted for you.
Orders and Payments
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes to the items. This is because our inventory is live and tightly tracked — even small changes can mess with stock levels and create shipping label issues.
However, if you’ve made a minor address mistake, feel free to message us right away. If your label hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help fix it. Once the shipping label has been created and the package leaves our warehouse, it’s officially in the hands of the carrier. At that point, we’re not responsible for delays, reroutes, or delivery issues — so please double check your info before placing an order!
Why is my older on hold?
Your order was placed on hold because our system flagged the transaction as a bit suspicious. Don’t worry — this happens sometimes, especially if your billing and shipping address do not match. This also occurs when there is a different name attached to the delivery address. It’s usually a quick fix! Just contact us at info@ddpking.com and we’ll help get things cleared up so your order can be processed smoothly.
I’ve been charged more than once. What now?
If it looks like you’ve been charged more than once, don’t panic — in most cases, only one transaction actually went through. Any extra charges you’re seeing are usually pending holds from failed attempts and will drop off your account automatically within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank). We also suggest contacting your financial provider, as sometimes they will deem the multiple charges as fraud — calling and confirming the transaction was valid, often releases your funds. If those charges don’t correct themselves, just send us a message and we’ll escalate it with our payment processor to get things sorted for you immediately.
Why was my order refunded?
Refunds are only issued if we were unable to reach you within 2–3 business days regarding an issue with your order. Our emails may have gone into your spam. Please email us at info@ddpking.com with your full name and order number, and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
AVS error?
An AVS error (Address Verification System) happens when the postal code, unit number, or full address you entered doesn’t exactly match what your bank or card provider has on file. It’s usually a quick fix! Just double-check that the billing info you enter at checkout is exactly how it appears on your credit card or banking statement — even a small mismatch can cause the payment to be declined.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the Account icon at the top of the page.
2) Select “Register” from the dropdown menu.
3) Enter your username, email, and password.
4) Click “Register” to finish creating your account!
Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order — including your shipping address, postal code, and contact details. Even small typos can cause delays, delivery issues, or failed transactions. Double-checking now saves the headache later!
I entered the wrong email, how do I change it?
It’s okay! We all make mistakes – and this is an easy one to fix! Visit the Account section and select Edit Details; update your email address to the correct email. Don’t forget to save your changes!
Where is my confirmation email?
Your confirmation email is sent out right after your order is placed and confirmed by our system. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder — it often sneaks in there. Still can’t find it? Feel free to reach out to us at info@ddpking.com with your full name and we’ll be happy to confirm the order for you!
When will be back in stock?
We don’t have exact restock dates available, but we’re always adding new inventory to the site — usually on a weekly basis. I recommend checking back regularly to see what’s been added — popular items can go fast! If there’s something specific you’re waiting on, feel free to let us know and we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop.
